We will make one item, photograph the item, email you a photo proof. We will wait for your approval. If you approve the item, we proceed with production. If you disapprove the item, we will make the requested adjustments and continue with production.

Good way to ensure its perfect

The color looked a little off in the picture but a quick response from Christina reassured me. I was also able to change the color of the ribbon that tied the explanation card on so that was extremely helpful to see a sample before it went into full production.
